Come and join fellow Hub representatives and teachers from all 47 BEST competition sites around the country at this year’s BEST National Conference. In addition to admission into the following conference events, each participant will receive as part of their registration a Conference Bag, Program Guide, and Conference CD.  Payment methods include check, purchase order, or credit card via PayPal

REGISTRATION FEES:

Early Bird (May 25) -$165
Regular (Before July 16) - $195
Late (July 16-21)- $225

Attendance notes:

  • Every hub must send one representative to Friday and Saturday activities
  • Every hub will receive one free registration, intended for the hub director, but the hub director can pass to someone else within the hub
  • No one-day reduced fee passes
  • Extra banquet tickets can be purchased for $25
  • Extra Wine and Cheese reception tickets can be purchased for $10

We accept VISA, MasterCard, check, money order, and purchase orders. The attached Registration form has complete payment information.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be in writing (e-mail or fax)
    by June 24th NO phone calls.
  • Cancellations received by May 29 will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee.
  • Cancellations received after May 29 and “no-shows” will be charged the full registration fee.  No exceptions.
