Exhibitor/Vendors
The Food Court -
VEX Robotics has arranged for an onsite food court with a variety of options for teams and volunteers each day. The typical menu and pricing can be found here {insert link – see attached doc}.
Northwest Designs –
Northwest Designs will be providing onsite apparel (shirts, caps, bags, …) printing and sales for teams. Items may be imprinted with images such as the BEST National Championship logo, BEST team logos, team name, robot name, team rosters, personalized student information, and other options. Visit the Northwest Designs website to see what they do. Not all options will be available onsite but a several options will be available.
Kelling Photography –
Kelling photography will be providing onsite photography for the event. All BEST teams will receive (free of charge):
1 - 11 X 17 print for their classroom,
1 - 5 X 7 print with the BEST logo,
1 - 5 X 7 print without the BEST logo for publicity purposes, and
1 CD that will have both images on it for electronic publicity purposes.
Kelling Photography will make available for purchase by students and parents 8 X 10 and 5 X 7 prints of the teams. These prints will be placed in the Coaches Photo Packet that the coaches can pick up on Saturday after 4 p.m.
Kelling Photography will also produce a Candid Photo CD that will contain approximately 200 images from the competition and the Table Displays. These CD's may be purchased by the participants and parents and will be placed in the Team’s Photo Packet for Saturday pick-up.
